Witta Growers and Producers market is growing from strength to strength and is proving to be a true locavore market.
The verdant grounds of The Old Witta School are now a pop-up high street on the third Saturday of each month where you can shop, relax with friends while being entertained by great musicians and support your local growers and producers.
Fantastic local food including fresh meat, fruit and vegetables, eggs, seafood, cheese, honey, olives, condiments and baked goods are available, while artisans provide anything from artwork and beautiful handmade wooden spoons to homewares, natural skin care products and everything in between.
Your garden needs are also catered for with a variety of native and exotic plants as well as vegetable seedlings and mulching options.
Our aim is to encourage the community to support our local growers and producers by providing a vibrant market atmosphere.
We also aim to be as waste free as possible and encourage everyone to bring their own bags and coffee cups in an effort to help us realise this goal.
We are grateful for the support already given us and look forward to continuing to do our part to encourage a sustainable and ethical way of life in this special community.
