Volunteer Brett says RangeCare are ALWAYS on the lookout for more drivers
On any weekday in the Hinterland, volunteer drivers from RangeCare, formally Blackall Range Care Group, can be found traversing the hills, providing a valued community service for our frailer range residents.
These committed volunteers provide door-to-door transport to medical appointments for elderly clients and younger people with a disability, giving direct and practical assistance and making wonderful local connections.
If you can picture yourself in the driver’s seat, chatting cheerfully en route to a local or coastal destination, RangeCare would love to hear from you.
All out-of-pocket expenses are reimbursed for volunteers.
RangeCare’s Volunteer Coordinator, assures you of a very warm welcome, even if you are just calling for more information about this voluntary role.
Please call RangeCare’s Flaxton office on 5445 7044 and join the rich spirit of volunteering in the hills!
