Discover how to have a very low gluten intake with sourdough. Learn how the old fashioned leavening process works as opposed to modern yeast bread. See a showcase of sourdough grain products such as pasta, pizza dough, wraps, biscuits, cakes and crackers, and enjoy some samples.
