The Importance of a good night’s sleep

WITHIN EACH of us resides a Quantum field of Divine Guidance. This field silently organises our cells into cooperative groups that make up individual organs, tissues, glands etc. Within this field lies the ability to help us process our mental and emotional experiences, just as this field helps us to heal and repair our bodies often without us even being aware of the magnificent processes occurring within us.

When we sleep we intuitively let go, knowing that there is a part of us that will take care of us as we sleep. It is during sleep that the Quantum field most powerfully reorganises, heals and refreshes us.

Because of this it is essential to create good sleeping patterns. We need at least 8 hours sleep per night. Turning off the TV, playing soft music, having a warm bath, moisturizing the body with calcium rich cold pressed sesame seed oil, having a warm herbal tea, or reading something inspirational sets the right pattern for a deep and restorative sleep.
