The Australian Chamber Musicians will be appearing in one performance only in Montville on Sunday, March 28 at 2.00pm. The ensemble of four talented artists is being presented by the Montville Uniting Church as a fundraiser for the Chaplaincy Program at the Montville Primary School.
The Australian Chamber Musicians was established in 2000 as a professional touring ensemble. Their aim is to bring good music at an affordable price to audiences that may otherwise not be able to experience it live in mainstream concert halls. They are thrilled with the acoustics of the Montville Uniting Church. Their program of “Timeless Classics” on the March 28 includes works by J.S. Bach, Mozart, Schubert, Gershwin and others. Tickets are $22.50 for adults ($20.00 concession and students) and are available at the Montville Village News or by calling Margaret (5478 6284) or Clare (5478 5876). Numbers are limited so buy your tickets early.
