THE UNIQUE, 200 seat concert performance space at Lucas Parklands in The Narrows, Montville is having its last lick of paint. This purpose built auditorium, in the heart of Montville rainforest will host a number of international pianists during 2010 along with orchestral concerts.
Ian and Lee Lucas told the Hinterland Times that builders, painters and decorators have been putting the finishing touches to the building. The acoustics are ‘lively’ and the room is stunning, says Lee.
The newly completed Parklands concert hall will first host the delightful Ambre Hammond on Saturday February 27. Ambre will perform her “Chopin & Champagne” concert.
