LOCAL food and beverage producers will showcase their finest and freshest regional produce as the stars of the inaugural Sunshine Coast Food Show to be held at Novotel Twin Waters Resort from 20-21 February.
Local stallholders will offer tomatoes, cheeses, native foods, spring water, nuts, gelati, curry pastes and more for visitors to try, taste and buy.
Following a six course degustation dinner on the Saturday night, Sunday will see a four hour smorgasbord of local flavours on display from 12noon-4pm.
Local growers, food and beverage producers will rub shoulders with other exhibitors and thousands of visitors including MasterChef Australia judge, celebrity chef and restaurateur, George Calombaris.
