The Wizard & OZ [Pianist Andrew Farrell and Guitar Vocalist Dave Mc Millan] have been playing at major festivals in Australia and overseas for several years.
Andrew grew up in Melbourne and started piano at the age of eight. He studied the classics for several years then discovered piano Boogie Woogie. Dave is a Londoner and at four was given a guitar.
Their music ia an eclectic mixture of Beatles, Ray Charles, Doobie Bros,Rod Stewart,James Taylor and originals,just to wet your appertite. David Helfgott said of this pair, ”Piano virtuosity -stunning vocals. A great night’s entertainment not to be missed.” With praise like that, to see and hear the Wizard & Oz is a must.
