The Mapleton Self Help Art Group (SHAG) will be holding their first art exhibition for 2010 over the Australia Day long weekend from Saturday January 23 to Tuesday January 26.
The four-day art show will be held in St Mary’s Hall on the Village Green at Montville and will be open daily from 10am till 4pm.
This popular art show has paintings in all mediums put together by talented artists from throughout the Blackall Range. All paintings are one-off originals and will be for sale at reasonable prices. Hand-painted cards will also be for sale.
Browsers are welcome and visitors are asked to vote for their favourite painting when they visit.
Commissions and donations go to the upkeep and maintenance of the historic hall.
