I LLUME CREATIONS, Montville, is excited to present Exhibition on the Edge, an event featuring local hot glass artist, Tina Cooper. The exhibition is open to the public daily from September 5 to October 4 in the Mayfield Centre, Montville.
Shiralee Cooper’s vibrant gallery will showcase her sister, Tina Cooper’s new Blackall Range Series, and her whimsical new Enchanted Rainforest series.
The Exhibition on the Edge is held in conjunction with the inaugural Festival of walks along the Blackall Range. Come along and enjoy some stunning scenery with a colourful indulgence! A number of local lampwork glass artists will be demonstrating their creative skills during the festival weekends.
Tina will be displaying some stunning new pieces inspired by our beautiful Blackall Range. Thevibrant collection features large vessels with dramatic mountain silhouettes contrasting the colours of sunset. Illume Creations is thrilled to be the first Gallery to exhibit the original Tina Cooper Enchanted Garden series. These funky vases are embellished with bold and beautiful blossoms.
International artist, Tina Cooper, has been evolving her unique art form for more than 18 years. The talented team supporting Tina at the Sunshine Coast studio includes, Jonathon Westacott, Matt Quirk and Greg Royer. Tina combines her innate creativity and sense of form, with a profound expression of colour.
