Prime Minister Kevin Rudd is to receive bottles of Settlers Rise recent
prize-winning white wine.
CEO Simon Murray is sending his Reserve Chardonnay to The Lodge, the wine that won a bronze medal last month at the San Francisco International Wine Competition.
Mr Rudd should be impressed by “the length,beautiful complexity and sheer elegance of this wine”, said Mr Murray. He said the Prime Minister should be proud to have a wine that has come from Queensland’s Granite Belt and joins the top echelon of world class chardonnay, Mr Murray added.
