The Australian Institute for Community Currencies Inc invites local artists to submit a design for the Baroon Dollars logo, which will appear on the Website www.baroondollar.org , in promotional materials and even on the face of the Baroon Dollar itself!
The submission deadline is July 17, 2009, and all entries must be received by 5pm on that date. A winner will be announced on July 31, 2009. Darren Mitchell, AICC President said that first prize will include100 Baroon Dollars available at launch; an exhibit of the winning artist’s work at two local businesses and a prize package provided by the Baroon Dollar project and participating businesses.
